TeifsFlex EIFS is classic EIF system. This system is highly flexible, crack resistant and can be used for new construction as well as retrofit projects and offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Typically utilizes adhesive attachment of EPS foam. The system can also be upgraded to use heavier weights of mesh to allow for superior impact resistance. Range of finish and color options provide for nearly unlimited design creativity. |
TeifsAirtight EIFS

TeifsAirtight EIFS is classic EIF system with a liquid water-resistive barrier and air barrier. Like TeifsFlex EIFS this system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Additionally, this system employs layer upon layer of Teifs materials designed to prevent air or moisture from penetrating your exterior wall. The WeatherTech WeatherSeal Trowel-On between the EPS board and your approved substrate is the ultimate weather shield. The system can also be upgraded to use heavier weights of mesh to allow for superior impact resistance. Range of finish and color options provide for nearly unlimited design creativity. |
TeifsPermadrain EIFS

TeifsPermadrain is our base drainage EIF system. Like TeifsFlex EIFS, this system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. The EPS Foam is mechanically attached. Along with these features TeifsPermadrain includes the use of a water-resistive barrier and drainage for incidental moisture. These two features deliver an improved level of moisture protection over classic EIF systems. This is achieved through the use of stucco wrap water resistive barriers which provides both drainage and acts as a water-resistive barrier and is mechanically attached. |
TeifsWeatherTight VNT EIFS

Teifs WeatherTight VNT is our premium drainage EIF system. Like TeifsFlex EIFS, this system also offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. Like Teifs Permadrain this system provides water-resistive barrier and means of drainage. This system is superior in that the water-resistive barrier is liquid applied which means less chance of rips and tears. This liquid applied water-resistive barrier also acts as an air barrier allowing for climate control systems to operate more efficiently. Means of drainage is achieved through vertical ribbons of adhesive providing a larger drainage plane for incidental moisture. |
Note:
- Parex EIFS products must be assembled as a system. Only Parex products or Parex USA approved products can be used to build the specified system. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Warranties are available upon request and will be issued to Parex USA currently listed applicators (CLA).
- Parex USA applicators (CLA) status must be obtained prior to the start of the job.
- Parex EIFS specifications and recommendations must be followed. Information can be found on the Parex website. Parex EIFS products should only be installed by Parex USA currently listed applicators (CLA).
